APARTMENT GRANDE Romero for max. 6 persons
(max 4 adults and 2 children)
a comfortable apartment in a small resort in Cala Sant Vicente, a small tourist town on the northwest coast of Majorca.
On the property is a well-kept, modern, two-storey house with a total of 12 residential units and an annex with 4 apartments

A large swimming pool, with children's pool, is surrounded by a spacious terrace and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.

Apartment Grande has about 70 square meters:
2 double bedrooms (2 x 2 single beds)
1 living room with 2 sofa beds, dining table, satellite TV, safe.
1 kitchenette: large fridge with freezer, two electric hobs, microwave, coffee maker, hot water, enough dishes etc.
1 bathroom with shower and small bath tub
1 balcony with view, table and chairs

Surroundings:
The former fishing village of Cala St. Vicente offers its visitors various cafes, restaurants, a small supermarket, pharmacy and health center.
Two bays with fine sand and crystal clear water are just 400 meters from the resort.
The rocky foothills of the Tramuntana mountains reach right and left of the bays to the sea.
Depending on the position of the sun, the surroundings are bathed in a new light. Unique in Mallorca.
In the lively coastal town of Puerto Pollenca, about 5 km away, there is a long sandy beach and a beautiful beach promenade with a small sailing port, numerous restaurants, cafes with sea views, small and large supermarkets, bike rental and many water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, Water-skiing.
The historic town of Pollenca is just a few kilometers away. In the old town you can go for a nice walk and behind the big church on the market square on the Calvary climb to enjoy a magnificent view. In the city there are numerous restaurants and cafes with sun terraces, small galleries and boutiques.
Every Sunday there is a market with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as local specialties, in the main square with a church.

Perfect location and lovely views.
Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September .
Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap .
Things to improve . Mattresses so hard.
Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced.
Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close.
