Resort staff was exceptional, extremely friendly. Property was beautiful, great view from King size club room, enjoyed the Voyager 47 package.

This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in Kona. If you are doing Manta Ray snorkeling, the launch is just a few minutes walk away to all the different companies. The staff in the lobby can even help you book it. Breakfast buffet was really good, mainlanders may think it is expensive but you will pay the same or more anywhere else. After a big rain there was standing water in various spots of the hotel including our lanai. But this is a really nice hotel
