    A really wonderful hotel, with comfortable beds, tasty coffee pods, nice bathrroom with good shower pressure and great staff. Right near Storey Bridge and the Valley. Reasonably priced and great location! Recommend!

    Staff Danielle - operation manager is not the right person to handle customers as he has an attitude while speaking and not very supportive or try to find a way to solve any issues. Junior staffs best - very respectfully speak and try to help
