    Good sized room located centrally - the mall and restaurants are nearby, and the waterfront, Salamanca and even Battery point are within walking distance. Bed was comfortable, good sized bathroom and I liked that there was a sofa. It was nice and quiet and I hardly heard anyone or any sound off the streets. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was the TV and the power sockets on the TV side of the room not working. There was short power outage affecting the hotel and nearby streets that lasted a couple of hours which got fixed quickly but after this, the TV couldn't be switched on and the power sockets along the same wall didn't work. I told reception after the first time and they got it back working pretty quickly. However, it stopped working again the next day and in the evening I mentioned it to another lady at the reception. Next day when I came back at night it wasn't working still. I spoke someone at reception again 2 days later in the morning. It still didn't work when I got back at night. It wasn't a super big deal for me because there were other power sockets in the room I could use, and I kept myself entertained at night on my phone. I just thought that it should have been fixed after a few days or at least been told what was going on, but I didn't hear back. Otherwise it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    This place was great! Reception team are wonderful and the location is perfect for pick ups and drop offs! Rooms are clean and large with great city views as well!

    We had a great stay in Hobart! The location was super convenient, with a supermarket right downstairs, a lovely local bakery just around the corner, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. A great place to stay while exploring Hobart!

    Very basic hotel so definitely more like 2.5-3 stars and not 4 stars
