The propert is really pretty, the rooms are very spacious, the people really nice and the food was not bad at all. The view is stunning! Honestly, my only complaint is the lack of AC in the buffet area, understaffed during snack time.The Italian restaurant could be better. Colombia is not the best place for all inclusive. But Sirenis did a pretty good job. I would stay there again. Hopefully the pool isn’t being remodeled.

Great location. The food and drinks are good. The pool was closed for maintenance, but the hotel offers access to a private beach with a bar and food, which is included in the all-inclusive package.

The staffs need to work on providing better customers services and terrible smell of sewage. Mold and water stains throughout the hotel. The pool wasn't available and the construction noises were unpleasant during meal times.
