    Comfortable stay for groups as we get the entire floor and a whole apartment. Location is walkable 10 mins to both Hamamatsucho and Mita , with luggage a little longer. Convenient stores nearby and quiet street with not much noise at night. Recommended for travelling in a group.

    This hotel is in a quiet area. Make sure you put directions for the Premium location as we mistakenly walked to the other location upon arrival. Staff at both locations were so friendly and helpful! You are central to several different train stations, but be prepared for an average 15 minute walk from any of them. Seemed a little long after walking around Tokyo all day. My adult children said their beds were too hard, but fine for a couple of days. Beware the dryer. Leave time for air drying. Regardless of how long we dried the clothes, they came out damp. This location was very close to 7-11’s and Family Mart’s where we would grab yogurt, fruit and coffee to have on the train ride. They provide plastic silverware. Bring your own trash bag everywhere though. There are no public trash cans anywhere. Also bring hand sanitizer as a lot of bathrooms do not have soap nor hand towels or dryers.

    A bit far (about 1km) from train and subway station. Not recommended if you have big and heavy luggage. Otherwise is ok
