Property is very nice, clean and staff especially Andres was extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in room #7 it had a skylight so we got some daylight in the room during the day and wasn’t so dark. The showers ceiling was peeling off & was turning moldy, it had no ventilation only a small window for which couldn’t be opened much because of privacy (room was next to the reception area). Room was stuffy had no windows except for the one in the bathroom, we kept the fan on for most of the time. When booked we overlooked that the property did NOT have AC, luckily it didn’t get too hot however it did rain making it very humid. Good location 3 minute walk to El Mirador and Bus stop was across the street paid 10 pesos to El Centro a 5 minute drive.

On balance a nice little hotel. Good value for the cost. The shower is excellent with lots of hot water. Lovely view from the rooftop. There is a fair bit of daytime street noise, but we took a lower-level room and it was very quiet at night. Keep in mind that it's up a hill, so if you're walking, it's a bit of a hike. Not many nearby restaurant or store options other than Los Milagros Terraza further up the hill (which we recommend).

The place is clean. Staff is friendly, the only negative thing could be the location. Is a bit far from everything. But that can also be good. Is next to the viewpoint
