Considering how cold the shared areas were (hallways, elevators, etc) our room was actually really warm, so much so that we had to open the window to let the cold winter air in. Beds were a little firmer than we're used to, but comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and helped us work the laundry machines.

This was a great stay, staff was so friendly and the rooms were great. I would recommend this hotel!
