    While the customer service was great. The room was underwhelming. The bed was lopsided and the room was stale. It would have helped it was aired prior to my arrival. It seemed like it had not been used for a while. The shower pressure however, was fantastic , WiFi outstanding and the location of the hotel was great and serene. There were nice supermarkets outside for last minute buys. In summary, with a little tweak to their rooms especially the bed, it would be a good place to stay in. If I’m being honest though, I’m not sure I’ll be staying there again.

    It was my second time at the hotel. My first time was okay but this time around, I didn’t enjoy my stay. First on getting to room I noticed the poor quality of the bedsheet and when I requested for a change I was told “but you just checked in, why are you already requesting for another bedsheet” and the lady receptionist was very rude about everything. Secondly, there was no hot water in the bathroom and when I complained they said they would bring hot water in a bucket meaning they already knew and still assigned the room to me despite knowing there was no hot water in the room. I endured my stay because the male reception was a bit nice but that female receptionist should not be working in the hospitality business if she cannot be kind to her guests
