    Everything you look for in a global chain hotel! Staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are excellent condition and super clean. Location is perfect. Value for money is one of the best.

    Prime location, few minutes walk from Rome train station and 10 minutes walk to the colosseum. Comfortable beds with great showers and last but not least an excellent breakfast served at ground level with a lovely variety. Will definitely recommend

    I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. Upon check-in, the hotel staff gave me a room key that opened a room which was already occupied by another guest. Opening the door and finding someone else inside was extremely shocking and unacceptable. This is a serious breach of guest privacy, safety, and security, and should never happen at any reputable hotel. After I reported the incident, the staff apologized and acknowledged that it was entirely their mistake. To make up for the incident, they promised to issue me a refund/compensation. Unfortunately, despite their promise, I have still not received the refund, and there has been no meaningful follow-up or resolution. I have waited patiently, but the hotel has failed to honor its commitment. While mistakes can happen, what truly disappointed me was the hotel’s lack of accountability after the incident. Making promises and then failing to fulfill them is not the level of service guests should expect. I hope the management will finally process the promised refund and improve their procedures to ensure that no other guest experiences such a serious error. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.
