the room was almost perfect. It had a separate section almost a small room for changing clothes which was the first time I saw at any hotel. Mardin is a beautiful city which deserves greater recognition and reputation and I believe Ramada could be the best there. They have a huge garden which turns into a Resturant at night. They have multiple venues. There seems ton be a disconnect between their Resturant and their hotel staff. It’d be great if they could fix that. Also there was some noise coming into the room from the swimming pool and specially during day hours as families and kids were swimming there. It has a decent parking and have even more space for cars in the back which is very handy for someone who wants to be around 5 minutes drive from the old mardin and new mardin but not directly inside the town.

There was an issue in the payment online, even, we got confirmation for Agoda site that payment was done, the staff was insisting that it has not been paid..
