    I've booked a room with 3 beds for a family of 2 adults, 1 older child and a 18 months old toddler. The rooms are much larger than Tokyo, Osaka & Kyoto similar 4 stars hotel. Breakfast buffet option has a good variety of western and japanese style. Free public bath is available. 5 washing machine & 5 dryers are available on 3F, 100 yen coins are required to use them. Paid carpark is available and had to be paid upfront during check-in. Staffs are friendly towards English speaking foreigners and customer service are excellent.

    The rooms are the highlight, spacious by Japanese standards, clean, and well maintained. The rest disappoints. There is no business center, and the in-room table and stool are useless for laptop work. Breakfast offers good variety but the taste is mediocre. The front desk struggles to accommodate non-Japanese speaking guests. San Michele restaurant was the biggest letdown. Closed Mondays, and on a Tuesday at 7:30 pm it took forever to seat our party of six. We ordered three pizzas and were told they could only make one. Great rooms, but service and amenities need work.
