    The issue here lies not only with the hotel but also with Agoda, through which I booked the room. Upon arrival for check-in, I was informed that the room capacity was limited to one person and that additional charges would apply for my wife and daughter. Given the excessively high extra fees quoted, I requested an immediate cancellation of the booking so I could find alternative accommodation. From that point, the receptionist became entirely uncooperative, insisting that only Agoda could process the cancellation and that the hotel had no access to do so. I asked him to at least coordinate with Agoda on my behalf, and he agreed to do so. However, while I waited, he made no effort to contact them. When I finally reached Agoda directly, they confirmed that no one from the hotel had contacted them regarding cancellation. They also clarified that, in such cases, the hotel must initiate the cancellation from their side—something the receptionist had falsely claimed they could not do. This means the receptionist wasted over two hours of my time by providing incorrect information and failing to act. If you are in the hospitality business, basic courtesy and honesty should be a priority. I will not recommend this property to anyone, under any circumstances.
