Reception staff are always on hand. The food for breakfast was super and service on all days we were there was efficient and made sure we left satisfied. Plenty of choice on the menus for breakfast and evening meals.

Everything was ok but the restaurant had limited options for vegetarian and no choice for international cuisine.
Majority of the beach has local village boats parked and can be noisy as ferry service is operated from nearby to Gilli islands

Our stay at Kayana Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the reception team and management went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single member of the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and effortless, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay.
A special mention must go to the chef and team at The Blues Restaurant. The food was consistently 10/10, delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary preferences, even preparing custom dishes to meet our specific needs. Their attention to detail and care truly made every meal a memorable experience.
The spa at Kayana Beach Resort deserves high praise as well. It was one of the best spa experiences we’ve had, incredibly spacious, spotless, and serene. The massage therapists were well-trained and provided a deeply relaxing experience that left us feeling rejuvenated.
I do consider the resort to be 4/5 for location as it lacks a private beach and it was shared with local people and fisherman.
Overall, every member of staff, from management to housekeeping, restaurant to spa, made us feel like family. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to Kayana Beach Resort
