    Perfect for light travelers. Room serves its main purpose, sleep and rest. Clean. Location is pretty quiet but has it charm in the morning.

    The description on the website says, “elevated by design” how? i felt like as if i was staying in a prison. an elevated prison. it’s not even thoughtfully designed at all. you may say that i’m over reacting with this harsh review but it really feels like it. while the service i got from all staff was incredibly great, kind, and friendly, i cant say that i had a good stay. for the first time, i didnt want to go back to my room after spending the whole day out walking about KL. 1. the description on the hotel website is misleading. it says, there is a smart TV, and i particularly chose this hotel because of that fact alone. well guess what? the tv does NOT support netflix or prime. that’s not the only thing, IT DOESNT EVEN HAVE ANY CABLE CHANNELS. so the tv doesnt work! it is literally just for decor at this point. 2. i know this is a basic boutique hotel but i could literally feel the springs from the mattress. oh god. 3. there’s no rubbish bin BUT the toilet. so if i have any trash, i have to constantly go in the toilet to throw them. 4. there’s no working table for me to eat or work from and i had to sit on my springy bed and put food on the chair so i could eat properly. 5. there’s no proper storage space for me to put my stuff at all and i had my stuff all over. and the hook on the walls could not even hang up my clothes properly without my clothes falling over and over again. have you guys tried hanging your pants on it and see how it holds up? it doesn’t. i’m sorry but who is approving these designs for the hotel rooms? 6. i know this is unavoidable as KL is cramped with buildings. but it was so depressing to look out my window and see a window of another room. the windows is not soundproof at all, and in the morning the noise from the breakfast session will reach all the way up. they offer ear plugs but it’s really really loud unfortunately. 7. there’s no Do not disturb/clean my room pamphlet for me to hang outside my room. so i was appalled to see that they came in my room to clean without my consent. while i understand they’re doing honest work, but the the hotel should at least spend extras on this. what if I was sleeping or naked in the room and the cleaners just come barging in? just because no one answers the door, doesnt mean it is right for the cleaners to barge in. i might be sleeping and in this case i was out, and i was so worried if any of my stuff was missing. 8. lastly there’s no water spray in the toilet or bidet?! it’s 2026. that was my last straw. i know this hotel is new, and working to make the place better. but i hope you look into my feedback and improve. try to learn from your competitors (eg moxy) they have small compact rooms too but they maximise their space by hanging mini tables and chairs on the wall. i really want to like this place, but it’s just really hard to stay in a place like this. sigh.

    I have to close my toilet during my entire stay because the sewage smell is so strong. Everything else is alright, just slightly dusty.
