My BF took me to Saratoga Springs & wanted a BnB. This was perfect. A little outside the town, quiet, clean, & great hosts. The bathroom shower was a bit tight, but the water was hot. Bed was comfortable too! The breakfasts include toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit. Plenty! One night Joe (5 star host) let us warm up dinner leftovers, so nice of him. It is conveniently located within 5 walking minutes to Saratoga Spa Park - nice park & take advantage of the farmers market! Joe has recommendations so ask! Really lovely place to stay.

We loved our weekend stay at the Anne's Washington Inn. We arrived on Friday, hopped on the free biked and headed down to the Saratoga Pool for a swim. Sat by the firepit Friday night. Saturday we enjoyed the free continental breakfast and borrowed some umbrellas. Saturday night we sat on the porch and enjoyed some cocktails. Sunday we had another nice breakfast and checked out at 11. Joe, the host, was amazing. Very kind and thoughtful and always available if you need something. Our room was a bit cramped and the bathroom was a bit awkward, but it didn't really bother us. An adjustable (up/down) shower head would be an easy fix. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
We are already trying to find a weekend to book again for next year. Great place and even better people.
