Staff are all helpfully and Friendly.
You can cook and store your food in their fridge.

The hostel is really good, cleanness is far better i have seen in any other hostels. Staff is amazing as well. The only issue for me was no curtains for privacy. This is a very big thing for me and the hostel didn’t had any.

We are on low budget so, it is ok to stay. Comparing to Hi Boston, Hi SF’s kitchen is too messy, people are loud. The location is one street behind Citizen M hotel but the vibes are so different! - it became quite scary sometimes where more homelesss lingering around. The bed is just too low and quite bad for the private room and level 3 has strange smell in general. For a night, it’s good but for longer stay, need to consider. Hi Boston experience is so much better. Staff here is super friendly, wishes me happy birthday after looking at my passport
