    Great location right across the street from the cathedral. Concierge was amazing for all of our needs. Breakfast was great room was clean and large. The hotel is perfect.

    We stayed four nights and when we checked in the air conditioning wasn’t working. We mentioned it to reception however after several requests the situation wasn’t resolved until our last night when we were moved! This should have happened earlier!!! Position of hotel is great but having to pay to access pool/spa area is not great! Overall nice stay but very disappointed about air conditioning situation as it was very hot and did spoil our stay!

    Rooms not as booked - courtyard booked, overview of a construction site - noisy with windows open. Then to be told that is what you booked - no we didn’t. Couldn’t accommodate twin beds or rooms next door or even on same floor - again insulted by being told that they don’t have that category with twins (they do it’s on their webpage). Luggage left in corridor with bags, clothes, valuables etc all sitting out for hours , not more to luggage room only put in room when we arrived later in the day. Again insulted by being told we watch it all day no one could touch anything! Cold shower - came out called reception - reception manager then insults us by saying this is the temperature of water (it was cold and up at over 39 degrees). We offered to pay to move - nothing available. Details in the room - mild in shower, damaged vanity unit, missing items (that added further insult with complimentary). Even when you speak to someone you are continually patronised and spoken at as if you are unintelligent. Pool can’t be used by children which again is not obvious when booking. Breakfast was very basic and at times unhygenic (visitors not staff).. Please spend elsewhere this is most definitely not a five star hotel!
