Great area by the cathedral. Says it's 2 star. Generous rating. Our room was a 3rd floor walk up. Room ok. No kettle or fridge. Water available downstairs with tiny cups. No air con. Rooms were basically sweat boxes. Fans not really adequate in the heat wave. Had to leave windows open. The street seems to be a continual thoroughfare of loud groups of drunks walking home shouting to themselves from midnight to dawn. Then at 7am a very noisy street sweeper truck loudly goes up and down a tiny section of the road right outside the hotel for half an hour. Did that for all 3 mornings of our stay. The stairs are small and the automatic lights have a tendency to go off as you're halfway down. Pitch black and dangerous. Staff were friendly enough. Not much of a level of English spoken though. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that..was always so hot downstairs that we wanted to get out of the building. No room safe. Overpriced for what you get. A ripoff actually. Would highly recommend not staying there

Located right in the center and close to the tram stop and cathedral. Not fancy but I was happy with it
