    I read the past comments from some some time ago and I booked whilst was in the local area and already in Da Nang and was informed of the new management. I have no complaints with this hotel and was given a free upgrade for several days before extending my stay to a smaller room by my choice. I have met the lady manager while I was there and she was interested in my views and opinions. I can say that all the staff and the reception staff are very friendly, helpful and lovely. The house keepers are nice, respectful and do their absolute best to change towels, refill soaps , replenish water, coffee sachets etc daily along with their daily cleaning. The room is as described and seen in the pictures, the rooftop covered terrace has an amazing view for many kms and accessed by floor 9 and up the black staircase, with tables and chairs to enjoy the cool breeze. Cctv and security staff are clearly visable in the hotel for your safety and peace of mind. The new management seem to be doing a good job and clearly have improved the experience for guests with no complaints from me. I really like the hotel lobby which is elegant, stylish and immaculate.

    Stayed for 2 nights and extended for 4 more. I read some past reviews , but my experience is very positive and the standard is very high. Lovely clean room exactly like the pics and everything works perfectly. Very comfortable bed with nice smelling quality sheets. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. I have no complaints at all and the value for money is very good. I sleep very well here (703).
