    I came here twice. First staying in dormitory 2 days on may Secondly staying in june private room with private shower room on june. 2days. I wanted to be a regular customer to stay but i will not come here again because of many reasons. Price is not that affordable compared to this hostel's quality. 1. Shower room is located on ground floor and Dormitory is like 3rd or 4th floor with steep steps. Problem is after taking shower you will sweat again in the mean while you are going back to room. 2. Toilet is inside the shower room. So honestly speaking smell is not good also if staff doesn't turn on the fan inside the shower+toilet room, but problem is it's not easy to find where is the switch for fan 3. laundry machine Laundry machine is very old and looks not clean. I didn't use it i always brought extra clothes instead of using laundry and even i need to pay for using it 5. Refrigerator Also very small for all people. This hotel's capacity is big but Refrigerator size is very small and even not clean. Also it's located on ground floor only so if people staying on 4th floor, u need to go down all the way 6. Shower towel I don't understand some staffs. i ask for shower towel but she looks annoyed and doesn't wanna give me extra towel and asked me for paying for it. So i asked every day 1 towel isn't it? And then she gave me disrespectful. I don't understand why this hotel's some staff attitude is like this. It makes me write reviews. 7. Deposit and key policy Even if you book a private room and try to bring your girlfriend or guest, the staff will block you with angry face. And i argued with this hotel staff. Because i booked private room not dormitory. Why should i get permission from this hotel? And instead of explaining me that she just said ok ok go i don't like the way they treat their customer. Mostly nice but only 2 people in this hotel has attitude problem They are working for who? They are working for customer satisfaction, good review, good reputation or working for just their strict rules?? and make them this poor review? Customer usually don't write like this review unless they feel disrespectful 8. Staff attitudes. I asked as a 2nd time regular customer can i check out 2hrs late like 1pm isntead of 11am ? And the angry face staff said " no, go there , you can't see their monitor " like this firmly said. So i moved away. And i kindly asked her again using google translator, there are 5 private rooms. And if it's not fully booked today ? But she said every hr is extra charge. Like this kinda mindset i don't think i can be regular customer and i can't recommend this hotel Thanks for the reading

    Whenever I go to Bangkok I always book for the entire duration of my stay in Napa Hostel. The rooms offer great comfort with everything that you need including extra bed and beddings if you need them. The receptionists are kind and it's easy to communicate with them including the owner. If you have another sidetrip and don't want to carry so much luggage, they would keep it safe for you until your next visit to Thailand. Napa always feels like home for me.
