Wir hatten anfangs ein Standard-Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten statt des gebuchten Kingsize-Betts erhalten. Erst nach unserem Hinweis wurde der Fehler vom Hotelmanager persönlich behoben und wir erhielten ein kostenfreies Upgrade in eine komfortable Suite mit Kingsize-Bett. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas älter, aber sehr sauber, das Personal überaus freundlich und das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker. Die traumhafte Aussicht rundet den Aufenthalt perfekt ab – wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

I believe this hotel is intentionally misleading.They show a picture of a nicer room and give you whatever is available. I booked a room that said was valued at over ***. Our *** room at a place nearby was bigger and nicer than their room we were given at Hu. Our room was missing knobs from the cabinets. The shower water turned cold after only a few minutes. It snowed the night before and they did nothing to make it safe. The ground where you had no choice but to walk on was covered with ice and was never cleared. I stayed at 4 different hotels in this area and would recommend any of them over this one.
