Great staff, very helpful booking excursions, no pushy sales and good general advice and history of where we stayed
Floor was a little gritty but slippers provided so all good and expected in a cave!

fantastic breakfast! amazing views from the terrasses ( 7 am watch the balloons over the valley!!!) free street parking in front of the hotel
really strong sewage smell in the room. complained to the staff. the solution was that they turned on an aroma diffuser.... if you got a room which smells: RUN really a pity as everything else was great!
