True, it's cheaper than some other hotels. But the amenities reflect that. No fridge, paper cups in the bathroom, etc. Seemed kinda 3 star to me. Front desk could use 2 people. Bright spot was the breakfast. Very adequate and healthy. We checked out after the 1st night and moved to the Sofitel Victoria which we loved.

I would like to express my disappointment with the hospitality. The sheet/blanket provided was not even sufficient for one person. I initially thought it was meant for a child.
There was no electric kettle in the room for boiling water. The room cleaning was also not properly maintained. Even after informing the staff about these issues, no one responded or took proper action. I had to report the matter again at the reception. After that, the room was cleaned, but only for the sake of it — it was still not cleaned properly.
Motel One is a well-known hotel chain, and I truly did not expect such a poor experience. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. In the future, I would not choose this hotel again. I have also shared my experience with my friends and family.
