Gite la Maison de la Pimpine Lignan de Bordeaux

Een fantastisch groot huis met een hele ruime tuin en zwembad. Tuin is helemaal afgezet dus de hond kon heerlijk mee. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is erg mooi en de stad Bordeaux is op 15 minuten rijden met veel bezienswaardigheden. Echt een aanrader en wij komen hier graag nog een keertje terug

The location is tranquil and beautiful. There is easy access to a little cafe for breakfast and lunch. The Host, Franck was amazing. He made reservations at a great local restaurant our first night in town that was delicious! He and his wife, Maxine recommended some itineraries for our family that were perfect. We can't recommend this lovely place enough. Go and enjoy some wonderful hospitality in the Bordeaux countryside! We plan to return!

We should have stayed longer! Our visit was too short due to our travel plans. Everything else was wonderful.

The house is great, large, comfortable and clean with a large garden and outdoor sitting/dining area (perfect for barbecue or eating out when the weather is warm). We really appreciated Maxine and Franck's small attention and responsiveness (the welcome bottle of wine, lending us bikes, baby cribs and other small information). The location is perfect if you want to drive around the countryside of Bordeaux and explore the many castle/vineyards around it.
