Well placed and convenient hotel. With the Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi metro lines it’s easily accessible. Front of desk staff are very helpful and amenable at all times. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet are both affordable and excellently presented!

Hot breakfast menus was so fresh and very delicious!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The AC was nice and cold. Rooms were very well kept. The location of the hotel was very convenient to shopping, dinning and a wonderful city park.

We had a wonderful stay at APA!! This was a very convenient location with a train station right underneath the hotel. The rooms are small but not a problem if you can keep your stuff organized. Toiletries & fresh linens were provided daily. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were stiff which would be my only complaint.
We stayed at two different APAs during our trip & would stay again in the future!

The location next to the subway is great.
Breakfast is very good.
Elevators can take a while during busy times but not terrible.
Pool costs extra and no gym.
Overall good hotel.
