    Really good location, a bit noisy but the windows are well isolated. Be patient with the elevators. Chek-out at 10am is a bit early. There is everything needed in the room, the cleaning was so so on the carpet. If you are passing by for a quick cheap trip I recommend, for more comfort I wouldn’t

    I will stay in APA from now on. It’s my second time with them, the quality of room and cleanliness has been consistent , except room size but not too bad , we had one big and one small luggage , we still can move nicely , I hope two chair in room , would b perfect. Staff service aren’t consistent , some are not in a good mood , no smile or pls or thank you. Most of them are friendly . Good hotel that gives great value. Highly recommend. It is right under the metro too. Very convenient .

    I would like to share our disappointing experience during our stay, particularly on our last day. My son does not eat breakfast, so we do not usually get breakfast for him. Whenever we go to the breakfast buffet, he simply brings some snacks with him. However, on our last day, one of the staff members was very rude and insisted that we pay for his breakfast, explaining that it was a buffet. We understand that the hotel has its own policies regarding breakfast, but we were disappointed by the way the situation was handled. We would have appreciated a polite explanation of the policy rather than being spoken to rudely. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on what had otherwise been our stay. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and remind its staff to treat guests with courtesy and respect.
