Great house for 6 in quite village, great view and wonderful outside area with pool

Everything went fine. You can walk in Orasac, but the car is needed.

Fabulous villa in a quiet village location

Really good quality refurbishment of a 100 year old property with aircon in every bedroom. Very spacious both inside and out; all bedrooms have good dimensions, the lounge / 4th bedroom has a large (comfy for 2 people) bed settee. Large kitchen with a table for 8, loads of space outside with another table for 8 and a large garden sofa. Pool area give a great view out to see. Very quiet location in a small village which has a village shop, a bar and a restaurant all within a very short walk. Dubrovnik old town is about 25 mins away by car with a larger supermarket and pharmacy about 10 mins away. Lots of little beaches tucked away within a few minutes drive. 2 parking spaces are allocated to the property. The management company were excellent. Although the property wasn't ready as we arrived in the morning, after we signed the paperwork we went in to Dubrovnik and they rang us as soon as it was available. They gave us the option to meet them back at the office and follow them to the villa or to just meet us there with the keys. They spen 15 mins showing us how eveything worked and then came to the property on the last day to check everything was OK. There was a comprehensive folder of help they could provide as well as organised trips but there was no hard sell.

Entrance to the property is down a narrow and very steep path (not wide enough for a car) so all bags and shopping have to be carried down the hill. Access would be difficult for those with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair. The details say a car is not necessary but I would disagree if you want to make the most of your stay here.
