Świetny apartament, bardzo polecam! Apartament ma dwa tarasy, na jednym stół z krzesłami i grill, a na drugim jacuzzi i leżaki. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Wszystko czyste. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Do plaży jest blisko, podejście pod górę. Tuż obok apartamentu jest przystanek autobusowy i można szybko dojechać do Dubrownika.

Було 3 рулони туалетного паперу на 5 осіб на 7 днів, цього трохи замало) Кондиціонери були всередині брудні, це інколи викликало неприємний запах, але після работе деякий час запах проходив, також доводилося провітрювати кімнату із за цього. На момент 17.07.2025. Власник замовив очистку кондиціонерів, тому у наступних гостей все повино бути чисто

We had a lovely stay at Lula Apartment in Orašac as a family of three. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and spread over five levels – something to keep in mind if stairs are an issue. Our host, Ivica, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The layout of the apartment is smart and spacious: • Level 1: private garage (note: might be tight for a large SUV) • Level 2: entrance with laundry facilities • Level 3: two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with showers • Level 4: bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, toilet, plus a large balcony with an outdoor dining table • Level 5: rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and views The rooftop terrace is a real bonus, but we felt it could use a bit more love – perhaps some privacy curtains between the neighbours (it’s divided between 3 apartments) and a better view from the jacuzzi (the current frosted glass panels block the ocean view). Still, it’s a lovely space to relax in. There is a shower as well. The apartment is air-conditioned and located just off the main road, so while there’s occasional traffic noise when the windows are open or when sitting on the terrace, it’s quiet at night. The nearby beach and small marina are a real gem – not crowded at all and just a short (though steep) walk or drive down. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. With just a few thoughtful updates to the balcony and rooftop area, it could be absolutely exceptional. Highly recommended!

This apartment, although more like a town house, is exceptional and will give you home envy ! Beautifully decorated fitted and incredibly spacious. With a roof terrace (sun all day) as well as living room balcony (offering shade in the afternoon) provided the ideal best of both worlds to suit all. It was all pretty much faultless. The family that was looking after the flat on behalf of the owners were again exceptional, live within the block and on hand to help in any way they can with advice about best places to go and visit and if need be, even a taxi service. faultless faultless faultless - ALL !

One of the main features of this apartment was the hot tub on the roof with visons of sitting in it all day and night and to enjoy the amazing sea views. Unfortunately shortly before we arrived we were told the tub was not working and wouldn't be fixed for our stay - Major disappointment as one of the main reasons for booking this accommodation. Unfortunate really. The only other thing that should be more obvious in the property description is that the roof terrace is an open shared space with other holiday makers/residents (rope division only) and hence no privacy or screening, which may put some people off - but that said, no more than sitting on a beach, but not something that comes across in the description and not what you think off when told you have a roof terrace with hot tub !
