    One of the best hotel I had chance to stay in Japan. For the price I was with low expectations, but turns out a excellent choice, from staff to cleanliness score a 10/10. And the free meal was a nice touch, rice and kare, and softdrinks full time for free! The only thing was to not have a shade to the side windows and the street light comes into the room, but it's a minor thing that won't impact the best night I had!

    I would definitely stay in here again if i were to go back to Kitakyushu! The bread was AMAZING, especially the walnut and earl grey one.

    I got the separated cafe room, thinking that it'd be small but at least private. It certainly was small, smaller than any hotel room I've ever stayed in Japan, but that's not the issue. There were people constantly slamming doors at 4, 5 in the morning, rolling loud bags and everything. "Oh but they give you ear plugs!" Fantastic, didn't help one bit. Slamming doors produce such strong vibrations that even deaf people would be woken up. Plus, there's no actual ceiling dividing the rooms, so you can hear everything in the next five rooms. It's like a dorm but somehow worse, because people feel zero shame when they can't see each other I guess. Other than that, I had to take an elevator every single time I wanted to go to the bathroom, which was a lot because I kept getting woken up in the middle of the night. The floor plan is hilariously inefficient. If they can't manage to fit even one toilet for each gender on each floor, then don't make the floors all unisex. Serious lack of planning, and no signage to help either. The croissants are made in house and extremely delicious.
