The hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite. The hotel is situated very close to the Kokura Station. very convenient place to catch the bullet train Shinkansen.
Unfortunately I could not use a telephone in the room. The management you consider to install at 3 rooms with the
phone facilities in rooms.

Location was excellent. There are parking lots and convenience stores nearby. The check-in process was quick. The hotel toiletries were good. There was a desk in the room.
We stayed in a non-smoking floor but the floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The rooms also smelled like smoke. It was a good thing we only stayed for one night.
