    Located within walking distance of Kyoto Station and directly opposite Aeon Mall, this new and compact hotel provided the comfort and security I was looking for during my stay in Kyoto. The room was surprisingly spacious, with enough floor space to keep two large suitcases fully-open at all times. Access to both the building and guest rooms is controlled by separate PIN codes, providing an added sense of security and peace of mind. I m spoilt as I needn't carry the keycard when I m out! Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, shavers, combs, and cotton pads are available for self-service collection at the reception area. A microwave is also provided for guests to heat up food, although the 700W unit can be a little slow. Adjacent to the reception are two washer-dryer machines (3kg wash-and-dry cycle for 120 minutes at ¥800), a water dispenser, and a smoking room. The staff speak basic English but communicate effectively and are helpful. Both check-in and check-out are fully automated through a self-service kiosk, making the entire process quick, seamless, and hassle-free. Overall, I enjoyed the convenience, "comfort, and modern facilities offered by this hotel.

    The double room is the smallest out of 5 in japan, the fridge can hold 3 small water bottles, room was clean. Reception clerks speak good English, but will only let you into the room at 3:00:00 pm, not a second before. Other hotels allowed 15min early or even more. Facilities are laundry machine and coffee machine downstairs. View from the room was great, area is noisy, very good for young people: bars, food until late, big shrine two blocks away
