Safe, quiet, unique tree house experience! Trails within the property, including night walk are nice! Very friendly and helpful staff. Felipe helped us with various tour reservations (horse riding, chocolate farm, sloth territory) and all went smoothly.

The staff was so friendly, and it was an exquisitely beautiful setting. If you have mobility issues, this is not your place - the stairs are steep, and getting to the loft is with a straight up ladder - but if you can deal with the stairs you'll be fine, and it would be an amazing place for a family with kids. The road down to the river is well-maintained, and I enjoyed the relaxed hooting of the howler monkeys on my walk.
