    I booked four suites at Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially given its prime location opposite the Museum of the Future. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money we paid. The condition and cleanliness of the rooms were unacceptable. We were given a room that appeared not properly prepared or cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom fixtures were visibly dirty, the shower was in such poor condition that we did not even feel comfortable using it, there was grime around the drain, and the doors had visible staining/mold-like marks. Even basic housekeeping standards seemed to have been overlooked. I have photographs documenting these conditions. Even worse, the air-conditioning was not working properly throughout the night. Despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved, leaving us extremely uncomfortable and unable to sleep properly. What was most disappointing was that we were not even offered a room transfer when the hotel was unable to fix the AC. The service also fell far below expectations. I requested a simple dental kit and waited approximately one hour for it to arrive. I was also surprised to find that there was a charge for ice cubes, something I would not expect given the amount we paid for four suites. The hotel itself also had an unpleasant smell in some areas, and the swimming pool water was uncomfortably cold, further taking away from what was supposed to be an enjoyable stay. We chose this hotel because of its location and expected a reasonable standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service. Instead, we experienced: - Poorly cleaned/unprepared accommodation - Dirty and poorly maintained bathroom and shower fixtures - Visible staining/mold-like marks on the door - Air-conditioning that remained unresolved throughout the night - No room transfer offered despite the unresolved AC problem - Approximately one-hour wait for a dental kit - Additional charge for ice cubes - Unpleasant smell within the hotel - Uncomfortably cold swimming pool Booking four suites was a significant expense, and this experience was nowhere near the standard reasonably expected for what we paid. Overall rating: 0/10. I am requesting that Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai management formally review our stay and provide an appropriate refund/compensation, particularly considering the unacceptable room condition and the unresolved air-conditioning issue that significantly affected our ability to sleep and enjoy the stay. A prime location cannot compensate for poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, and failure to resolve a basic comfort issue for paying guests. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money and a stay I cannot recommend.

    The staff was great. The female manager was friendly and professional. Everything was good however, the hallway had some type of smell.
