Clean room with AC and a good size, lovely view of the lake. Restaurant very good and reasonable price. Plenty to do around the lake, we cycled in the area along quiet road and dedicated tracks. Very enjoyable.

Hotel and setting lovely, restaurant expensive and mediocre with poor service. Site is huge and you are left to find your own way around. Not sure if you get more of a tour and information if you stay in a villa but the hotel you are given a key to your room and sent on your way, no information on walking routes, swimming area, lake activities or nearest amenities

Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate.

Nice location and comfortable room. Shower needed a non-slip pad. Parking for handicaped persons was almost non-existent and general parking was insufficient because the lots are used by tenants of the other buildings on the property.

The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links with each other. For example we had to depart our room for 11am whereas Natura Parc does not open until 1pm. As it was raining we decided to drive on to our next location rather than wait around for 2 hours. Had Natura Parc opened earlier we would have gone there. Whilst this is not the fault of the accommodation it would have been useful if you could check out later on or if there was somewhere you could eat lunch to pass the time until Natura Parc opened.

A wonderful overnight stay on our way back home. We've had been staying here before, so we knew exactly, why we were booking it again: rooms are most beautifully equipped, with very spacious bathrooms and a stunning lake view. And it is pet-friendly, which for us is a must, since we are travelling with our family dog. Check-in and Check-out are fast and efficient, you get all the information, you need (like how to find the way to your room, which in the beginning might be a bit difficult). We will definitely be staying in this hotel again, of the possibility arises.

The place is missing good service and they wanted 50 euros because I left at 12 not 11. I asked for a wine opener which I had to go and pick up my self and I had to return it I could just leave it in the room. Very cooled service

Arrived in the dark after airport was closed due to strike booked in pains given key fob and told its behind reception took me ten minutes in the dark a drain to find it . this is definitely a place to stay with a family having smaller children or a group of friends. The room itself was clean, spacious with a very good bed. Furniture is very basic and therefor coziness is lacking. terrace furniture also basic. Outside the room the walkways and surroundings could be cleaner. Stains allover the place. Nevertheless a good place for a weekend when loving some water fun. the most disappointing was the restaurant. The food was definitely not worth the money and I would recommend to go for a decent meal out of the premises

Our experience at this brand new hotel was a very good one. From a very efficient and friendly check-in with Lucien, a kind and courteous front desk intern, to the extra efforts led by the housekeeping team, we were pleasantly surprised and look forward to coming back. The number of construction projects going around the hotel was fairly unexpected but we believe this will be a very nice option for families seeking refugee from urban life. Suggested improvements to the kichen area of the room: installation of a freezer below the fridge, as well as a simple exhauster with light on top of the cooktop would definitely make a family stay more pleasant. Great job on the COVID-19 protocol but, from a safety perspective, please install urgently a safety block on the balcony accessible from the reception area- the floor gap between the concrete and glass facade is quite large and needs to be taken care of.

What an amazing stay! We stayed for two nights with three small children and had the best time! Everything is super clean and they have taken extra measures due to COVID to make sure we felt safe! Check in was easy and the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful and have amazing views of the lake! We dinned at their restaurant both nights and enjoyed the food and drinks! They were very accommodating to our small children too! I absolutely recommend staying here!

We came to take my daughter to Couvin on. Santa train ride and little did I know about this hidden place. It’s in a great spot along the lake. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. Will definitely come to this hotel in the summer time when traveling through Belgium!
