    The hotel is great and the restaurant serves the most amazing food.

    The room is much bigger than I expected and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel may look like old from the old hotel lifts but it’s fine. I only stayed in Atlanta for a short period of time so didn’t really explore the neighborhood but there seems to be cafes and eateries nearby. Also, the subway is literally in front of the hotel

    Whilst a well appointed and beautiful hotel, unfortunately we did not have an exceptional experience. Customer service was not a high priority for the hotel; e.g. there was some filming occurring in the hotel common areas, but guests were not notified and alternative arrangements for entering / exiting the hotel and/or for food and beverages were not made. Amenities in and around the hotel are few and far between. Travellers would be better served looking elsewhere to stay in Atlanta - perhaps Midtown or Buckhead.
