    After a long travel we arrived in a box room that was really smelly especially the aircon with just a bed and a kettle. It said in the description there would be private bathroom however it was shared. We paid extra to upgrade our room then it was great - I was happy with the upgraded room even though we had to pay extra - it is a 2 min walk from the BTS which is perfect for exploring Bangkok - I do recommend just don’t book the cheapest room lol :)

    the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not cleanthere were stains on the sheets, dust on surfaces, a foul smell in the bathroom, and used toiletries left in the cabinet. Housekeeping clearly hadn’t prepared the room properly, and basic hygiene standards were repeatedly ignored. When I raised these issues with the staff, their response was rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or offering a quick solution, the front-desk personnel were dismissive and blamed the guest. Management was unresponsive when asked for escalation or a refund. I do not recommend this hotel until they seriously improve cleanliness and train their staff to handle complaints professionally.
