We had a wonderful stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa, Siem Reap. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian dietary requirements and even arranged a lovely birthday surprise with room decorations for my daughter. A special thanks to Lyza and Soriya for their warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic, and the complimentary cyclo (tricycle) ride within the resort added a unique and memorable touch to our experience.

We had a wonderful stay and truly experienced the warmth of Cambodian hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Seak, who went out of her way to assist us with restaurant reservations, tours, and other arrangements. Her dedication and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Soriya was also very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The entire team works very hard and genuinely cares about the guests. The only small downside was that the restaurant menu is a bit limited. Expanding the menu options would make the dining experience even better. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily return. Thank you for showing us the true spirit of Cambodian hospitality.

I very much enjoyed my one-night stay. The room was very modern, comfortable, and I enjoyed the thoughtful design. The meals at the restaurant were fine and I can recommend the spa! All the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to help.

The hotel told us we didn’t have breakfast even though I had booked breakfast. They quickly rectified this by communicating with management and checking my booking. The staff was professional and apologized for it. The room was not exactly cool when we got there. Temperature was set to 17 but felt like a constant 26-27. Perhaps the AC needs a maintenance. The room was spacious so that was nice. We had dinner at the restaurant. Food was okay, but they tried serving us spoiled wine. It tasted like vinegar. They changed it for us but it was not great. On the last day, the room had a strange smell coming from the AC as well. We didn’t bother complaining because we were already leaving. Would not go again. There are better hotels in SR for the same price.
