    We (Me, my wife and 15 month old son) stayed in wallflower hotel for 1 Night (25 to 26 jul 2026). I booked luxury non smoking room (room no. 1005) but after check-in I found smell of smoke in the room. So the hotel offered me another room (room no. 1002) but the size of the room was bit less than what I booked earlier. But I didn't mind as we have to stay for only 1N. We was too tired so after lunch we all slept with AC on. When I woke up after an hour I found water from AC vents was leaking and it was all over the floor. I quickly jumped and moved all luggage. Hotel managers knew that water was leaking from AC vents but they never informed me before alloting this room. Another issue I faced was that there was no facility of hot water. I called at the reception multiple times to provide hot water and they said they are turning on geyser/solar. But even after 1 hour there was not hot water coming out from tap. So I called again and asked to give clarity on this matter. Later a gentle lady told me that we took off the connection of geyser/solar since it was not required in the summer season. Now the first question is why they didn't tell me at first instance? Why I have to wait for 1 hour? Since it was raining and cloudy whether the water was below 18°C. My son wanted to take bath but due to unavailability of hot water it was not possible for him as he was little unwell. So I used electric kettle to warm the water and only then he could take bath. Now coming to the food part. Taste, presentation of food is good. Price is also affordable. So if want to enjoy the food only then u can visit this hotel.

    Extremely disappointing experience. There were no welcome drinks, and the receptionist was literally glued to her phone throughout, with absolutely no warmth or smile. The overall hospitality was far below what you would expect. The room itself was in poor condition. There was no toothpaste or fresh towels, the washroom smelled extremely bad, and the AC was leaking water. The experience was so uncomfortable that I decided to check out several hours earlier than planned. Definitely not the kind of stay or hospitality I expected, and there is a lot of room for improvement.
