    Our stay at the Seens was pleasant. We did have a issue with the allocated room on arrival as I had chosen a deluxe room with a balcony and city view. The room given was not in my opinion deluxe the view was non existent just a metal wall which made the room very dark and felt enclosed and depressing. I wouldn't accept the room and was prepared to leave the hotel. The manager was called in and although the receptionist said there was no other rooms the manager offered us another room however there was no balcony but it did have a city view and was much bigger room. We accepted the room and went on for a pleasant stay. The reception area felt a bit unusual in that it presented like someones home unnecessary personal bits and Christmas decorations ABIT strange tbh. The pool on the roof didn't appeal as looked not very clean and insufficient loungers up there. The food was great up there either. The bar man was not very attentive either.
