    The location is great, you have the famous line 28 stop nearby. The room could've been bigger though.

    I really enjoyed staying here great location just five minutes walk from some of the nicest restaurants I’ve seen in Lisbon. It’s also well connected so you can just walk down to the metro / train station. However, please note that it does attract a younger crowd so it can get loud at night. Also I didn’t have an air conditioner, but it wasn’t a problem I use the fan provided inside the room.

    Was waken up at 7 something in the morning by the super loud noise made by the trolley (as shown in the pic) and people talking. I thought it was some construction work going on. The room was totally not soundproofed. Yet, we couldn’t close our window because although the booking app stated that conditioners are provided, none could be found in the room. A fan was provided instead. As it was only 21 to 23 degree Celsius at night, we were able to sleep comfortably. The bathroom light would go out automatically while we were having a shower. We tried to create some dramatic movements but still the detector didn’t work. We turned on our torch using our phones in the following nights. The staff were all helpful and polite. Restaurants and destinations are within walking distance. Pity that the place just didn’t live up to the standards (as shown in the pics).

    The room was so dirty, with so much dust, the water stains all over the bacthroom and overall very unclean. they did not clean on time, and we had to stay 1 day in this dirty room and the stuff that was just defensive and not helpful did not give an any other option. They had to clean next morning as soon as staff arrived but they started clenaing at 5PM and left the doors open whole day! NOT SAFE AT ALL. The airconditioner had terrible sounds. And not to forget, there is bart inside the place and the music was blasting till 2 am. the worst place I have even been!
