    The experience was below expectations. The PS5 mentioned in reviews was not available, even though I booked the Penta Double Room. Parking also requires a separate booking, which wasn’t very convenient. Room isn’t ideal for friends due to bathroom privacy. Poor soundproofing -noise comes in easily. AC is hard to control and got too cold. Not recommend

    Good : Location is near the BTS station walking distance Staff is good and friendly Bad : Cleanliness is big issues, the small coloured pillow is not cleaned nor changed as there bad odour on it. The toilet in the room and not fully covered makes the room humid and have mouldy smell. Room is small and there is no lift Verdict : Given the price is not really a worth stay other than just located bear to BTS station.
