Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements. Room had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and it was quiet with a comfortable bed. Fabulous omelette for breakfast too!

We had a great time staying here, we spent 3 nights with our almost 2 years old baby and the staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. A special thanks to Quinn, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful booking our tours from the hotel.
Bicycles are available for free use in the entrance. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Phong Nha

The pool is nice for the hot days. Staff was very attentive when they were there. The rooms were clean and nice.
