Staff was super friendly and everything was clean! We did the family dinner and it was delicious

-Dinno was an absolute gem! She cooks, cleans, organises transfers and has fantastic communication. There is nothing she can't do. She organised my pick-up from Dong Hoi train station and a private driver to Hue via Vinh Moc Tunnels. -I loved that this property was set out of the main town area, which made for a very serene stay -The hammocks are a god-send... especially when you arrive on the overnight train just after 7am and check-in isn't until 2pm :P -Use of free bikes is awesome. I rode everywhere; into town, duck stop, way past the National Park management board. -Pool is awesome and communal area is really spacious - I loved that Dinno kept a tab (payable at end of stay) for food & drink consumed onsite. -Room was spacious. Bed was huge; a bit on the hard side (imho) but still comfy

The staff were amazing really helpful in booking tours and helped with many aspects of our trip. We felt really relaxed and happy in the resort. It is rustic as you are out in the wild here but we had everything we needed and felt looked after. If you are interested in adventure and want a great base and to rest then Dawn Home stay is a wonderful choice. Great value for money and perfect for a family, or couples travel.

Nothing everything was great and location also close to the town.

It is somewhat rundown. It certainly has seen better days. The room we stayed in, was humid. Very simple breakfast.
