El sitio tranquilo ideal para descansar, a 3 minutos de la playa y de bares y restaurantes, el trato de Valentina muy agradable me solucionó todas mis dudas

Pues lo que menos yo diria el mantenimiento de la piscina, aunque esta muy tranquila

The property is close to the marina and bars and restaurants. The standard of accommodation is good. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. Parking is a plus point.

The shower head was broken in the downstairs shower room and got very hot or very cold with just a little turn of the tap. The apartment seemed to run out of hot water quickly. There's no privacy. The apartment is overlooked by neighbours on both sides. So we had to keep the shutters closed most of the time. Net curtains could help. You can hear noise from the neighbours dragging chairs, talking etc. What I particularly didn't like was the check-in time of 5pm. I'm an extensive traveller, and I don't know of any booking I've ever made on booking.com (or various other platforms, including hotels) where 5 pm has ever been advertised as the earliest check in time. 4pm is the latest I've ever known, especially when the checkout time is 10 am. When I raised this issue, I was told I needed to be "kind and considerate."" I really take issue with this statement. To intimate that I'm being unkind for querying standard practices, that 5pm is actually quite late in the day to gain access and get unpacked, potentially eating into our first evening, appears somewhat emotionally manipulative. It intimates that I am being unreasonable; making me the problem instead of the owner managing her business effectively to ensure that clients can gain appropriate access and is poor, in my opinion. The vast majority of check-in and check out times on any booking.com booking is between 11am and 4pm, though 10 am isn't uncommon. In my opinion, every other business is able to coordinate cleaning around these check-in and out times, and as our contract with the owner is purely a business transaction, to make my query personal was very inappropriate.

Excelente Ubicación, limpieza y confort, maravillosa azotea con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del buen tiempo y con vistas al mar. Valentina, nuestra anfitriona, muy amable y servicial, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Sin duda es un plus poder disponer también de la plaza de parking a cubierto. ABSOLUTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE

Nos gustó mucho la urbanización y la piscina, mucha tranquilidad. La amplitud del salón, la limpieza en general de todo el apartamento, y en general muy bien equipada. La cercanía con la playa, paseo marítimo, y accesibilidad al apartamento. Se encuentra al pie de la playa de la grava y cerca de la playa del arenal.

Por poner alguna pega, estrecha la habitación de cama nido para dos personas. Aún así es una casa ideal para una familia de 6 personas como nosotros. Y por otro lado tuvimos algún inconveniente con el sistema automático de la puerta de entrada pero en cuanto se lo comunicamos a Valentina de forma inmediata lo solucionó cambiando la programación del sistema.
