    Worst service experience. The bathroom was not properly maintained. The bathroom Door  could not be close because the side portion of the Door was broken. There was a TV in the room, and a remote was provided, but we could not even turn the TV on. Regarding drinking water, they should either clearly inform us where the water is available or provide at least one bottle when we check in. But they did not provide any water. We also ordered food. The food was delivered downstairs, and we requested them to bring it up to the second floor, but they refused to do so. For the amount we paid, the service was extremely disappointing. Worst, worst service. I would not recommend this place.
