    Overall, it was a below-average experience. The biggest disappointment was that the photos shown on the booking portal were completely different from the actual property. The rooms and facilities did not look as advertised and felt poorly maintained. This created a false expectation and was quite misleading. While the location was good, the overall stay did not meet basic standards for comfort or value for money. I would recommend the hotel management update accurate photos so future guests are not misled.
