Great hotel. There are many cheaper hotels out there but for the massive room size you get it is great value. Good location too if you want to stay in South Jakarta. Fairly quiet too with not too many children around.

Faultless place to stay in. From checking in, friendly staff, great breakfast, cleanliness and above all the entire staff all the way to management are great which made my stay a very pleasant experience.

It was a pleasant experience but I have to warn fellow travelers… the food is subpar. I love Indonesian food but the food here was way below standards. I’ve had much better from street vendors. Other than that it was wonderful.

When we arrived another guest helped us open the door as we tried to bring in our luggage from a long flight, sadly the 2 standing at the desk attending no one were not helpful.
We asked for a room not near the lift as my husband is a light sleeper. Told there were no other rooms. Asked for 2 key cards and was told no.
Rooms are beautifully set up and spacious, but not soundproof - being rightby the highway made for a bad nights rest.
Breakfast was nicely set up, but the food was cold. Lots of variety and the staff seemed uninterested except for the guys making the eggs and guy making the coffee. Not really 5 star, more like a 3 for me- although the staff could have brought it up to a 3.8.
