Almost everything. What I appreciated most was how calm the hotel felt. From the moment I arrived, a staff member opened the car door and offered to help with my luggage. Even while waiting for my room, the clean, quiet and pleasantly scented lobby made the experience relaxing. The room was better than I expected from the photos. It was spacious enough for two adults, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was great, and everything worked perfectly. I loved the lighting, the twelfth-floor view, the air-conditioning and especially the surprisingly good soundproofing. The interior was tasteful without being over-the-top, and the amenities were complete. The staff were genuinely excellent. Mr Imron, in particular, helped recommend places to visit, and even helped arrange a late check-out until 6 PM because of my late flight. That was incredibly helpful. And the location is simply 10/10. Cafes, good food, convenience stores and easy access to taxis/Grab are everywhere. If you want to explore Jakarta through its food, nightlife and youth culture rather than just the usual tourist spots, this is a fantastic place to stay.

Honestly, there isn’t much I can complain about. The only thing I would change is the gym’s opening hours. I understand why the swimming pool has operating hours, but I would personally love to see the gym available 24 hours, especially for guests who prefer exercising early in the morning or late at night. Other than that, I genuinely struggled to find anything I disliked about the hotel.

I stayed here for a week while I was waiting for my travel visa to be processed to another country. The staff at this hotel is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The views from the rooms are really beautiful and the cleaning staff was very attentive.

The gym is not air conditioned, and the swimming pool is next to the smoking patio so when I walked by the pool some kids were swimming there breathing in the smoke. Also you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the gym so the layout is a bit strange, you don't want to walk through where people are eating when you are sweaty in gym clothes. My biggest annoyance was the layout of the parking lot. You have to drive in a circle all the way around the shopping mall to access the entrance to the building. The grab drivers had a hard time finding it to drop me off so I had to keep explaining it. This is not the fault of anyone working there but the layout of the building and parking are really poorly designed in my opinion.

Rooms are clean, but tired with some vital updates needed. Shower corners were mouldy, shower fittings showed evidence of wear and tear. There were no face cloths and after requesting an iron and board, the equipment received was old and damaged.
