The area, the room are big clean and tidy but seems like they have to replace the new bedsheets because it’s too old.

It is located in a quiet gated community with many good restaurants nearby. Near the Block M bus and light rail station. The area has way much less sewage smell than North Jakarta.
The photo of the airport bus entrance at the below ground level of Blok M bus terminal. The fare was 80k idr.
The facilities are some what rundown, but for the price I paid, I cannot complain.

I did not have breakfast there; the place was pretty old and had no soul. It is definitely good for a short stay, would not consider staying there for a long period. It feels like living in a hospital
The light was cold, and just changing the light bulbs from cold to warm light would have made the room friendlier. The room was really spacious, but it had no soul; it really felt like a hospital room. Adding more warm colors would make it more livable.
