    The location is fantastic with excellent walkability, and the staff are very attentive, making the overall experience pleasant. Facilities were top-notch, and cleanliness was well-maintained, especially in the bathrooms. Breakfast options were satisfying, and housekeeping was efficient. However, sleep quality was a downside during the stay, which affected the overall comfort.

    One of the local brand in Taiwan. The hotel itself is quite new. Everything is perfect! Walkable distance to a few famous tourist spots and Michelin restaurants

    Great hotel, very modern and clean. Rooms are spacious enough and the area is very nice for walks. Don't book taxi through the reception though. We booked a taxi for Sun Moon Lake for 8 hours through the reception. We were very conscious about return time but the driver kept saying we shouldn't worry about over time too much. We wanted to come back early to Taichung to stop at the National Theater before heading back to hotel in time but the driver insisted stopping at the tea house saying repeatedly we shouldn't be so tense about return time. In the end, we got delayed and arrived back in hotel late then he said the hotel asked for over time charge. We were so tired and didn't want to fight over it so ended up paying extra which was ridiculous. Just don't book a taxi or don't be fooled by the driver!!
